Depends on where you are in Georgia, how much time you have, and if you want to see the country or just interstate.
Assuming you are convenient to I20 or I85 in GA, that you are not pressed for time, and enjoy seeing the country, my route would be:
Take I20 through Birmingham, pick up Hwy 82 in Tuscaloosa, after crossing the Mississippi River, pick up Hwy 65 to I530 and into Little Rock. From there run I40 westward to Flagstaff. Hwy 82 is mostly dual lane, better condition than most interstates and less traffic than a country road.
Make sure take an hour or two to drive through Petrified Forest, well worth the time and few additional miles.
