It's the first week of December, ?
1970 the wife and I left Ilion NY for Pt. Mugu Ca, First day of December, was rain and freezing rain all the way from Ilion to Memphis, then we hit snow/ice and cold temps all the way to Needles Ca. the trip took 7 days of white knuckle driving across I-81- I-40. never again will we make a cross country in the winter.
