Atlanta

Atlanta is always just a guessing game. The Braves stadium is at the intersection of I75 and I285 on the north side, so anytime a game is scheduled, you can bet traffic around that area will be extra bad. Weekends often brings lane closures and congestion. Rush hour extends to 10 AM and starts as early as 3 PM. If you are staying on I 75, I actually prefer using I 285 and not go through downtown.

Going South, it's about noon when we go thru Atlanta on I-75. I stay in the second lane from the right. I find that this works best to avoid all the exit and on ramp traffic.
