    Their Baja book clicky
  • And sometimes, the whale pops up out of the water to look you in the eye -- this is called spyhopping, and we were in the Laguna San Ignacio in early 2006:

  • Thanks for posting those great photos DG !

They are as You say different from what so many people are used to at home!

The Baja is wonderful and a great place to experience Mexican Travel and RV ing !

The Mainland also has much to offer and once down South of Mazatlan the Temperature heats up !
  • I recommend a winter trip all the way to the tip of Baja.

    Ever touched a baby whale?

Ever looked a whale in the eye?

Ever camped for free or very little on a beautiful beach?

Ever been where the beautiful country looked very different than home?

Been there and done that, and yes I hope to go again.
  • Plus the other great suggestions, take a look at Baja Nomad site http://forums.bajanomad.com/ You bet we will go to Baja. Next winter's trip is BAJA! We have been down 5 times.

  • Yes! Would go again! Spent 3 weeks last January and had a great time in a very pretty country. Check on Amazon.com for Mike and Terri Church's book on Baja Camping-very good source of information.
  • Try the rv'ing in Mexico forum that you must have looked right at to click on this one.......
