Bahia Kino, Sonora - how cold is it really?

I do not remember the year, I saw snow on the ground in my friends yard in México City, it has been a number of years now that this cold weather has been so cold there have been cold spells, and a lot of people died, lets hope that the local governments help some, although I doubt it very much.
