Turn off the Foley Beach Express on Bradford Rd. immediately after the Orange Beach sign, then turn left on Roscoe Rd. and right on Cotton Creek Dr. and follow it into town. You'll avoid the bridge and come out onto 59 just north of the airport. There's some construction on Cotton Creek but no issues.

Was on it today. It is nice road and you miss all the traffic on 59 at exit 44, but it will cost you 3.50 toll at the bridge over the intercoastal. Once you pass AL20(it goes east/west) you are committed to the toll bridge as there are no more turn offs to avoid it. If you take 59 in its not much further west of the beach express where it comes in. Slower, but free.

Turn off I-10 at Exit 49 and enjoy! You'll eventually need to turn east on Foley Beach Express.
