If you're a fisherman and get lucky just before you cross the border, sit right down and eat your catch! I'm still cryin' about the big fat trout I pulled out of a tiny irrigation ditch near Okanagon only to have it confiscated when crossing into Canada. Biggest fish I ever caught before or since; and I didn't even get a picture of it, much less a taste.
Mind you, this was many years ago so the rules might have changed- but why take a chance?
