This is typical of a BCPP campsite.
There are, though, some pull through sites. My gut estimate is maybe a tenth of the sites on average. Some park maps are available online

On this map for Lac la Hache (on hwy 97), I count 6 pull throughs, out of 70+ sites.
Meziadin Lake Map
I count 27 of these P shaped sites

but the park description is:
Meziadin Lake Park has an excellent, recently upgraded campground... The 66 site campground is arranged to easily accommodate everything from people on bicycles to very large recreational vehicles....
The campground has 60 standard and high-density sites. ...
High-density sites are probably in the larger parking areas on the map, where big RVs can park side by side. People in tents and smaller RVs prefer more isolated sites, since they spend more of their stay outside (cooking and eating on the table and fire ring).
