Beer, Beef, Dairy, Fruits and Vegetables
In Montana, I plan on stocking my Refrigerator with Milk, Ice Cream, Cheese, Prime Beef, Fruits, Vegetables beer before traveling into BC - Will I be OK with Customs inspection at Border Crossing ?

I have to ask WHY?
Your implication is that Canada is a 3rd world country. While in many cases our beef is even better than what you find in your superstores.
But yes, you can load yourself down with extra weight and lack of freshness. Keep things in store container. No root vegetables, no citrus fruits. These can pick up insects.
Of course, there are limitations on all alcoholic products.
