Bend, Or. to Newport, Or.
Looking for ideas on route from Bend, Or. to Newport, Or. in July. We are not pulling an RV

Century Drive could be a beautiful detour, but would add hours to your trip. It'd be a better day trip while you're in Bend.
McKenzie Pass is scenic and headed the right direction. It would still add some time, but it has some pretty cool scenery including a huge lava field and mountain views. Belknap Hot springs is on the other end of Hwy 242 and is neat too.
Hwy 20 is the most direct.
Hwy 22 through Lincoln City is longer, but will take you past two Indian casinos if you're interested in that sort of thing.
