We have used the Milepost on our 3 trips. Also used Churches on the first trip but didn't find it as useful or easy to use.
The Milepost is hard to use going down the road because it is big, heavy, very limber, and constantly refers to other pages. For our second and third trip we purchased 2 copies; they are not that expensive. I read one copy the night before the next days travel then cut out the relevant pages from the second book. It was much easier for my wife to handle a few pages.
As mentioned, get the TourSaver book if you plan on doing any tours. We saved over a $1,000 each trip with it. Well, not sure we actually saved that much because as a result of the savings we took a lot more tours than we would have taken if we had not had the book.
Go and enjoy. We are already planning a return in 2018.
