Not much has been said about the return & it has been a few since we have been out to where the sun goes down. I do recall using hwy 2 in WA. Don't remember any especially steep grades of any note on it. Very scenic. A road that you could stay on all the way to ME if you wished.
Stevens Pass has one 6% grade for 4 miles east bound from the top of hill to the level out, but it is all downhill from there.
