Best Mid July Fishing
Where is the best Mid July halibut fishing Valdeze, Seward, Homer or, Nilnilchik? Same question for salmon?

Mid-July it's probably all good....assuming you're talking saltwater for both salmon and halibut.
The Kenai Peninsula areas might be slightly better for Halibut (Seward, Homer Ninilchik) while Valdez might be slightly better for salmon.
