Best route Altoona, PA to 80 West

We will be on 99 North through Altoona and want to go West on I-80.

MapQuest shows taking 99N - 350E - 322 - 970 - 80 West

Is this a good route? Mountains or steep grades?

Or we can continue on 99N and catch 322 - 970 - 80 West (and not take the 350 cutoff).

We will be towing a 30' travel trailer.
