I 2nd the 88 Route. Although 120 is easily doable, but from where you're at 88 is quicker. You'll still have some steep grades and windy roads, but I've done them all in my motorhome. I own a 20 acre parcel of land about a mile from Yosemite Lakes RV park so I'm very familiar with the area.
