Best route from Ocala, Florida to Scranton, PA

I will be making my first trip from Florida north to Canada. I wondering if it is best to go through Charlotte, NC or Raleigh? I am trying to avoid the heaviest traffic. Will be in a 35ft Class A. Any...

Thanks to all for the advice. I had planned to take the I95 up to the I26 and go through Columbia. I may have to rethink the first part..... Cheers, Peter
