Best route from Rockaway Beach Ore to Silverlake Wa...

Mapquest shows either traveling 101 to 30 or over the Astoria bridge to the Washington side taking 4 to I-5... Which would be the easiest with 40foot motorhome? And possibly DW at the wheel (warning!...

WA 4 is very twist and narrow in some areas. US 30 is a good two lane highway, well traveled by RVs.


X2 on this route. Be sure to watch for the truck route on your right after you cross the bridge into Washington as it is easy to miss and the road through Longview is not as easy as the truck route although it is doable with the motorhome.
