This is a good week to see how a cold air mass affects temperatures along I5. Over all the 2 mountain ranges will keep the worst of the cold away. In the Seattle area they are talking about near freezing temperatures Tues/Wed night, but no snow. On shore airflow latter will keep things above freezing, so there will be rain, not snow.
