I would take 101 south to Oxnard and then take Hwy 1 to Malibu and turn left into the RV Park. Semi-Steep driveway into the park.

Skirt around San Francisco using 580 to 880 to 101 if you want to avoid the traffic.

Take care following the Hwy 1 offramp route. Takes you through town and can be a bit tight. Rose Ave. route a mile or so south of the Hwy 1/Oxnard route was a better/straighter route to 1 at Pt. Magu but that route was closed for construction and I'm not sure it is open now. The detour (exit just before Rose Ave. and well signed) is more open than Hwy. 1 from 101.

"Drive" it on Google Earth and decide.
  • Beginning July 1, 2012, tolls for vehicles or combinations with three or more axles on the seven state-owned toll bridges will be fully indexed at $5 times the number of axles, or $15 for three-axle vehicles; $20 for four axles; $25 for five axles; $30 for six axles; and $35 for rigs with seven or more axles. The fully indexed toll rate on the Golden Gate Bridge will be $6 times the number of axles, with a $5-per-axle rate for FasTrak ® customers.

so $20 for 4 axles (2 on truck and 2 on trailer) on the Richmond-San Rafael bridge on 580.
  • From Morro Bay heading North would you do the same route 101 580 880
How much is the toll over the bridge?
