Best route through San Antonio and Houston
What is the best route through San Antonio and Houston going west to east on I-10? Stay on I-10 or take one of the loops? We will be pulling a 30' travel trailer. Thanks in advance!!

Stay on I-10. Once, thru San Antonio there was lots of construction. I just stayed in the middle lane and got thru OK. The next time (2 years later) no construction and just breezed thru. Houston as far as I can remember was never a problem.
Just stay away from ANYWHERE during "rush hours". Leave early (like 7AM) and pull in early (like 3PM) and traffic problems should be minimal.
