Guadalupe Pass for eastbound will be an uphill for 2-3 miles.  I can't even recall any issues so it's not a biggie. At this time of year the thing to watch for would be heat and/or wind.  You know how your truck reacts to these.  The elevation is 5400' so not bad.  You will not actually be driving Guadalupe Mountain. The Pass is outside the national park on a good highway.
