There is plenty of traffic and the streets around Liberty RV park are narrow because of the cars parked along the curb. This is adjacent to New York remember.
It's not a piece of cake to drive in to the park by any stretch. Remember-wide turns when turning. However, there are plenty of long rigs that camp there. It's a gravel lot with water and electrical only. Good reception over the air television. There is a dump station when you leave. It's a few blocks to the train straight up the street you will come in on. The ferry is located in the corner of the RV lot but is more expensive.
It takes 15 minutes or so to get to the World Trade Center stop on the train.
