Best route travelling Manitoba to Nova Scotia in 40' Class A

Hi, all. We are travelling across Canada to Nova Scotia and are about to leave Saskatchewan for Manitoba. We should reach Ontario on Tuesday, and are wondering what is the best route to take regardi...

I went from BC to Montana and across Hwy 2 to Sault Ste. Marie.
Down to Niagra Falls, crossed over into New York State, back into Canada
at Quebec City, followed the Saint Lawrence into NB. NS.

No problem with my 40 foot MH towing a car.
