Best time to travel to Washington & Oregon
Can be flexible on traveling. Be gone a minimum of 4 weeks. What's best for weather, less crowds etc. leave middle of Aug,, first of Sep. or middle of Sep.?

Crowding is a function of school .. that might argue for Sept. Weather wise August is probably the best month of the year.
