Best way to NH from NJ
Next month we are going to New Hampshire from New Jersey. Laconia up off 93. What is the best route? I know we can't use Merit Parkway and some other roads that are passenger vehicle only.

Not knowing,where in NJ...but I might go 287 to 87 north to 84 in Newburgh,NY...then 84 into Ct past Waterbury to 691 north...up into Rocky Hill,ct...take rt3 across the river to Rt2 north to 84...which now put you on the east side of Hartford...away from any traffic..all good road..then 84 to Mass...to 90 to 495 north to 93.....Chuck
