Honestly, we have had just as many transactions come up as "not completed" in Mexico as in the US. It appears to be a factor of the phone lines. Again, just keep an eye on your statement, and it's not a problem. Sometimes they have been completed, but take a while to show that. Don't sweat the small stuff, the credit card companies have our asses covered.
