as of a few mo's ago, ALL tourists
entering Mex are required to get an fmm. No free border zone,
3 day whatever. 7 day fmm is free, or pay for 180 day fmm.
???? This is typical of other advice.
This seems to indicate that even staying in los Algodones for medical treatment is not exempt, and an FMM is required for even 1 day.
