It's been free for decades over decades to visit baja Mexico. When you travel to foreign lands you need to pay an entrance (travel visa) fee. Your comment was just not necessary.
Almost every country charges fees for their Visas. (ie entry) Since no visa is necessary for Baja this is entirely appropriate.
And it shows how questionable some reading skills have become and the the almost total lack of critical thinking among so many...(I am not necessarily speaking of the quoted posters here.) :)
