Thats the disadvantage of a large RV in Alaska. There are lots of nice State and Fed CG's in Alaska some even have dump stations and water, but just cant fit a large RV in them. Couple of our friends with 5th wheels are limited where they can go. Thats why you see a lot of Class C and TC running around up here. All the private CG's stay booked all summer. Have a friend that owns a CG in Kenai that overlooks the Kenai river, i cant believe what he charges, but stays booked all summer.
Beaver Creek to Glennallen worst part of the road. Heard they are gearing up to do road work between Tok and Glennallan this year, so may slow traffic up.
