Big solar flares -- good aurora on Friday night??

I just saw a news bulletin: Solar flare article But the Aurora Forecast site does not say anything about this, so maybe it will not affect the aurora tonight. Not sure what this all means, but ...

Space weather.com is the single best source of info on the topic. The link in the previous post is good but always a few hours to days behind.
