The thing is, it is pretty much a temporary repair and those loose chips will make their way to the center of the lane, just where a motorcycle needs to run. It will take quite a bit of time before the road will be relatively safe for motorcycles. They just spot patched the road by my house with tar and chip, and that is even more dangerous because a motorcycle could meet with a fresh patch unexpectedly.
