BofA 3% ATM fee

qtla & moisheh, I am a little confused (how is that for giving someone a straight line). Tucson News just did a story on TV about the $300/$500. They stated that this is the amount that Mexicans can bring back into Mexico in the way of goods after being in USA shopping. Not for NOB travelers headed SOB. Could it be we different for cash in your wallet? My understanding is <$10,000 tho I would NEVER have that amount on ME! I know people who carry more that $500 over just to pay for Dental work.
