Hmmmm, I have a funny feeling that Reuters copied that article off of the New York Times website. It's got so much "he said/she said" ambiguity in it, it doesn't say anything that's definite or verified.

When I see the use of the word "source", I begin to think of the Trump/Russia collusion episode.
I also saw somewhere that they are relaxing the "essential travel" definition and restrictions for family members.
