Definitely, but as of today, more states in Mexico came out of the green light and went back to yellow.
Here in Guerrero the 30 to 39 year olds start vaccinating today. It may be nation wide, I don't know. That means that in theory, every one 30 or over, educators, medical people and pregnant women have had the ability to be vaccinated.
