Provincial Parks do not have hook-ups, except for a very few that have 15 amp electric.
Many have dump stations, for a fee. This is when it is a good idea to have some Canadian Cash, especially coins (Loonies $1.00, Twoonies $2.00 and quarters)
Most have potable water available in the park.
Site sizes vary and can be found on the Reservation site https://secure.camis.com/Discovercamping/
Private campgrounds are a whole different thing. You can find information on there facilities through hellobc.com
