You bring a 20# pot to the planta de gaz, and they likely will charge for 19 kg de gaz. Same for 50kg home cylinders. These are supposed to be 100 lb cylinders, Where's the 20% safety liquid vapor port? The tank does not get filled but you get charged for it.
