For the import, as long as the unit is built to RVIA standards, not CSA standards, there shouldn't be much of an issue.
On the purchase and finance it might be another story though, you'll be stuck in a catch 22. You need the banks money to buy, but they won't be able to register a lien against it until after it's imported and titled in your home state.
