Not sure where on the DEMARVA that you are coming from but the only ways to get W of Baltimore are US13 S to I64, US50 or US13 N to I95.
I travel between PA/DE and VA in my RV a lot. I usually take I695 counter clockwise around Baltimore from I95 to get to I70 west to avoid the DC beltway.
Though it looks like US50->I97->MD32->I70 looks like it would work for you.
