CA -86 by the Salton Sea
I am planning to leave El Centro NAS on Dec. 1 and head past Palm Springs to Hemet, CA. Just wondering if Rt. 86 is a good route to take.

Yes, it's much better than the east side route. And there's a casino along the way.
