CA I5 Tejon pass (Grapevine) road surface condition?

Question

I pulled my trailer over this a few years ago. The road surface was a mess northbound at least in the right two lanes. It pounded the RV even at 50 55 mph.

Has this been repaired recently? Or is still beat up?

I drove it last December and it was still pretty bad.

They are currently working on it, but it is in bad shape. You might lose a filling. Worse section is between Gorman and Pyramid Lake.
