As others have said, that drive should not be a problem. I used to store my trailer for the winter down near Marysville so drove that section of 20 numerous times with no issues. The part from 395 to 28 to 267 to 80 is not bad either. Have driven that section well over 2 dozen times and no issues. There will be some stop lights in Incline and Kings Beach and you really need to watch the speed limit, they watch it like a hawk.
Have fun and try and spend some time in this area if you have the time, lots of history and the scenery isn't bad either!
