CA Rt.49 From Auburn to Jamestown

Has anyone traveled this route? Would be doing it pulling a 40' fiver. Thanks for any suggestions.

Traveled this route many times. The alignment and geometrics can be a little tight as it relates to curves especially a few miles south of Placerville. Otherwise, just take your time and be careful. Very scenic.
