- VE3ESNExplorerOn the north side of Winnipeg, there is Bird's Hill Provincial Park. Manitoba Provincial Parks have relatively low fees.
- 96BrigadierExplorerOn the west side of Calgary at Canada Olympic Park is Calgary West Campground.

It is usually full in the summer, not the greatest but great location and they do have an in ground pool. They run a shuttle into downtown or you can drive ~8 minutes up Stoney Trailer to the Crowfoot C-Train station and take the train downtown. - BaxtersparentsExplorerWe're in Vegas ourselves until tomorrow & then head to Yuma until end of March. Hope the last one out remembered to shut off the lights !! LOL

- lonnie4801ExplorerWhile travelling to Saskatoon we have stayed at Prairie Oasis Motel and Trailer Park, Moose Jaw, SK, several times. It is a nice clean park and very convenient to town and is easy on and easy off the highway.
Have also stayed at Buffalo Pound Provincial Campground, Moose Jaw, SK. It is located 10 to 15 miles north of Moose Jaw and is a real nice Provincial Park setting on a large lake.
Don't miss the tunnels of Moose Jaw. - dverstraExplorerThere's a KOA on the west side of Winnepeg. We stayed 1 night there in September 2013. Good for a nights stop. Has a pool and water play area although small. Friendly host.
- netjamExplorerCalgary....not the best for campgrounds. Try Cochrane...2 there both good. suggest Bow Rivers Edge.
Moose Jaw...Prairie Oasis is the best....all paved....water park (sort of a big pool) on site.
Winnipeg...Travelers rv. Not the greatest park but next to a water park and down the road to an amusement park.
WRT Country Lane south of Calgary...there is no TV reception there...if you don't have satellite it might be a concern.
WRT Calaway Park west of Calgary.....your kids will love it but the park is not much. - SideHillSoupExplorerOn the west side of Calgary off of the Trans Canada hwy 1 there is Calaway Amusement Park and they have a campground at the park. Campground
I know my Grand kids love going to Calaway park, and with the campground right beside it your set.
