All the RV dumping stations at the OnRoute (rest areas)in southern ON are closed due to misuse/abuse by a few people. Too many people were dumping their tanks with out using the sewer hose! At first the operators put a lock on them so people would need to go to the kiosk to get the key then the employee was supposed to keep an eye on them. When that didn't work they just shut them down completely until somebody can come up with a cheap alternative way of making people follow the rules.
