May be going through!Ohio this spring or fall since we plan to do Trans Labradoe and Newfoundland.

We liked the campground at Bahias Huatulco Tongalunga Public campground. No power, good for you but has showers, toilets, dump station and super cheap. More birds then I have seen anywhere in Mexico. Right along a golf course, plenty of room, good for you. Almost as close to the beach as Xpu-Ha. Nice little town with good restaurants and grocery stores. We have been there 3-4 times over the years.

Never camped in Zihua. so I don't know what I'm talking about, except for what I've heard. If the inside of an awning is dripping inside, you have high humidity. Help yourself. Maybe make sure your park can offer you lots of AC, unless everyone is comfortable with that kind of heat. That from friends who stayed Zihau, January and February for several years.

We have been in Laguna del Tule park in Maleque for the past week due to perfect 85/65 weather. Previously Coconutz south of Manzanillo was boring, 2 ni g tts in El Manglar Zihua, 4 nights almost by ourselves in Ixtapa, 5 in Rancho Mango Zipolite and 5 in Huatulco. All but Maleque have been pushing 95/75 at night. It may have been a hot month, but that was a bit high for us.

There is always Oaxaca Trailer Park. Not always in the best condition, but location, location, location.

We don't travel with a tow, so we prefer it.

And here is a picture of the paint store at the corner of the road you turn in - painted pink - can't miss it. This is from Google Earth Street View which works right up to the entrance gate to the campground even though it is dirt road.

Thank you asking about our new campground. Also, thank you for finding our GPS coordinates mistake. The correct coordinates are:

17 degrees 01'50.52 North

96 degrees 35'54.19 West

Oaxaca Campground is located just off km 18 on International Highway 190. There is a Pemex, a very nice service plaza, an excellent restaurant, and 2 convenience stores very close to us.

We are building more full hook up spaces at this time. When completed we will have 15 full hookup spaces. There is more room but not with full hook ups. We accept any size RV.

We like the west coat best.
AC is very useful here. In Zihuatanejo, things have cooled off, 68 low the last couple of nights, 88 high. Ocean is still 85. It's wonderful!
