That's a problem with online translators, they do a literal translation of the words, rather than translate the sentence with context.
Why are you worried about having a bilingual warning label?
It also depends on which dialect you are looking for. Mexican and Cuban/ Puerto Rican Spanish can be very different and sometimes a literal translation between the two can come up opposite of what you want.
