Can I get from PA Turnpike NE Extension to I-78 Eastbound?

It doesn't look as if there's a direct ramp or exit. Going north on the NE Extension, want to take I-78 over to I-287 and the Tappan Zee. Thursday PMish.... Any locals know the secret? I'd like to ...
