Canadian Border and Propane Tanks ON?
we just heard that going from usa to Canada that you can be fined $1000 if you have your propane tanks ON in your RV. I can't verify this anywhere....can someone help me on this issue?

Crossed the border a number of times and have never been questioned about propane. We also never have it on when driving so it would not be an issue. We did have it checked and "sealed" when on the Marine Ferry.
