Canadian Border and Propane Tanks ON?
we just heard that going from usa to Canada that you can be fined $1000 if you have your propane tanks ON in your RV. I can't verify this anywhere....can someone help me on this issue?

So we have been crossing the border for 35 years and unless they invite you and your unit inside a closed building for an inspection there is no law about having the propane on. Customs and Immigration on both sides have a job to do and vehicle mvi's are not 1 of them unless you are smuggling with yours. Then they will inspect your equipment based on their suspicions.
