Assuming these 90% plus vaccinations hold true and have a decent duration of immunity...they probably won't bother.
Once a country can vaccinate it's own population, it's not particularly important to worry about people coming in having the virus.
At worst, they might do something short term before widespread vaccinations are possible.
Most of the issues we see now are because it's a brand new virus, so everyone is susceptible. If 90% of the population is immune, any introduction will almost immediately fizzle out.
